Richard has more than three decades in the energy sector, Richard Peluchette has built a reputation for exceptional salesmanship, adaptability and industry knowledge.  He began his career in 1987 as a Series 7 licensed Stockbroker, and within two years he was named a branch manager and awarded manager of the month.  Within four years he was responsible for managing multiple branch offices.  During the Gulf War, Peluchette’s keen insight into Oil Futures led to a career shift, and in 1992 he became a Series 3 licensed commodities broker.  He quickly rose within the industry, taking his last firm from one office with 10 brokers to five branches with over 80 brokers.  Licenses acquired are Series 3, Series 7, Series 24, Series 30.

As the Executive Vice President of a Certified Energy Brokerage Firm, he represented and managed sales for regional firms such as Liberty Power, Hudson Energy and Suez Energy.  Peluchette built a commercial sales team in most of the electricity deregulated states in the U.S., including Texas, Illinois, Ohio, Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, and Massachusetts.

In 2015, Peluchette founded Liberty Energy Solutions.  He joined forces with the Tune Ownership Group as a Tune Distributor where he helped create and validate Tune success in Vertical Markets including C-stores, Universities, Hotels, Car Dealerships, Warehouses, Office Buildings, and more.

Peluchette graduated from West Virginia University with a bachelor’s in finance.  He and his wife of 26 years, Doris, live in Wheeling, WV.  A diehard WVU Mountaineers fan, he also enjoys cheering on the Wheeling University baseball team’s #22 – their son, Sonny.
